HESI Risk Assessment in the 21st Century (RISK21) Publications Available |

HESI is proud to announce the publication of the first three manuscripts of the RISK21 Committee in Critical Reviews in Toxicology. These manuscripts are the result of a four-year effort aimed at bringing greater efficiency and transparency to human health risk assessments. All three papers can be downloaded free here.
The first two papers describe the principles of the approach and provide a technical guide for utilizing the RISK21 roadmap, including the visualization tool. The third manuscript provides a framework that allows for quantitative evaluation of dose-response and the key events associated with a chemical’s mode of action.
